Very easy to take out a good running engine because an oring is letting unfiltered air through and not even know it until you get a code for crankcase pressure. Recommended to put a layer of silicone on the orings or to remove it completely and run a separate filter for the compressor.

i appreciate that even check for future reference. We are highland desert and sometimes there is a dust storm for 100 miles in the spring.
