2019 international lt625 def delete

I don’t have a computer for myself. I couldn’t do a lot of test but I found a new issue. I have a small leak coming out of throttle body valve there are little holes on the throttle body and the air boost is coming out of there. Any ideas how to fix it?

My friends laptop has calterm v5 and I couldn’t find a configuration file to be able to open it and upload the ecm tune any ideas? Thanks
