You didn't list your CPL or the injector part number, so I can't see if they're on the list, but I'd strongly suspect so...
Cummins has a Silent Recall for injectors. I'd like to say just a couple, but you should double check with the list in the thread link below. I don't suppose you have the packaging to check the date code without removal? I know I wouldn't.
