(if de-mandating it, assuming you live in a country where it is permitted)...

== The bypass pipe is fine. You just need to maintain coolant flow to the back of the block.

== All cans require to be 100% hollow to the bare metal, including SCR can that has to be cut open hollowed, and welded shut.

== All the modules need to stay connected under the truck. .. a single sensor or 2 can be disconnected if necessary, but the modules that are strapped to the sides of the cans, etc. need to stay plugged into the network to prevent terminating resistor at the far end from getting unplugged (otherwise, it leads to random turbo issues at the other end of network).

== Thick block plate(s) between cylinder #1 and egr cooler entrance installed, and another at the intake where egr meets the manifold.

== Leave as much plugged in and in tact, in place, as you can. Otherwise your setting yourself up for a lot of red flags at some point in the future. Stripping stuffs off, etc. is ugly and also makes red flags on inspections.
