Demandating a 2350 with an internally leaking EGR cooler

Well, my EGR cooler went out started leaking internally and shut my truck down. I’m ready to demandate this now farm truck. Do y’all have a protocol for de mandating without having to do the EGR tuneup, etc.? Or will I have to purchase a new EGR cooler I already have the coolant Bypass line. And I was hoping to be able to just plug everything else and shut everything else off planned on removing the DPF and that other can completely and installing dual pipes is that possible? Or do I have to Got the cans and put them back on?
