Crankcase vacuum pump

Afternoon everyone, while rolling down the road a few days ago, my thoughts wandered to crankcase pressure and vacuum, I know any pressure at all is bad for the cams, but what about a vacuum? Not much just 2-3 in h20. It cuts windage, it helps seal rings, it pulls the fumes out Not letting them linger in the block, supposedly frees up a potentially unmeasurable amount of hp, and by my rink dink thinking, might pull oil to to top for the cams. Idk just thinking out loud here guys.
