X15 code 3382: EGR data valid but below normal

On that block where the EGR differential pressure sits, behind the heat shield, there's a pair of plugs that need to be removed to clean the passages on it. Is the file stock to the truck? Was the DPF differential pressure sensor swapped out and tubes cleaned?? Can't imagine you running too far seeing 7 inhg... On a normal system you never want to see more then 3inhg..
