How to program a new ISX ECM from the old one

Hello and Happy New year all;
I am new here as of today, I have been in the truck repair industry for 30 years. I have read some posts here related to my question, but i did not get all of the information I was hoping for.

What I have currently is a failed ISX CM2350 ECM, with injector driver codes intermittently. I have purchased a genuine replacement ECM from the dealer and I am looking to transfer the complete files as they are from the old ECM to the new one. The used ECM has an un-mandated program in it that works well in our environment for this fleet. It has decent power, good economy, and very good reliability. I do not want to mess with it. My concern is that I do not have much experience with actual ECM programming, I do not want to end up with a poorly running engine. I have a software- tech support company that my shop has worked with for 10 plus years. I have grown frustrated with waiting for them on weekends, and the recent ten day holiday for what i believe should be a straight forward process if I do it right. Does anyone here have a dependable step by step process of transferring complete files like this. I have unregistered Insi#e and Calte^m software that i have quite a bit of experience with in the diagnostic side.
