It is International's On-Command system. There is a module in the dash that I didn't touch, but the module above the CB area is the radio (transceiver) portion of it. I disconnected the plugs from it, so now E.T. can't phone home. And, NO visible codes. No dash warnings, or nothing in the error menu. I wouldn't be surprised if an error could be read with DLB, but as long as I don't see any errors, good enough for me.
