RE: Air flow escaping at EGR Cooler connection to ex. Manifold Thanks for your info. This truck has lots of pressure to the EGR tube at Idle. I've had other trucks with the same engine running and not as much pressure at the crossover pipe. Do you think I can use some of the freeze frame data to narrow the problem down? Today I am going to pull the DOC off and inspect it for plugging. The owner had the DPF cleaned however he didn't have the DOC serviced. I did a regeneration analyzer test about a week ago with INSITE and it passed. Let me know your thoughts on how to find the cause of frequent regens and blinking the regen lite.
