de-mandating X15 450SA

I am new to the forum, and I am sorry to say I probably will not have a lot to add the discussions (basically I would not like to let my ignorance show). That be said, I truly believe that you cannot learn anything when you are talking you only learn when you are listening, and I am here to learn. So, thank you in advance for the education.

I have considered de-mandating a couple of different trucks, but they were working and not giving me allot of trouble, so I had no real need. The last trip out in my current truck, Utah to Illinois, dealing with SCR errors the whole derate 25%, 40% to 5 mph. I have decided it was time to do something.

#1 _ I have read/heard all the good about De-mandating and the only real bad comes from one that is done incorrectly. I have never seen anybody, other than the business themselves, recommend a reputable tuner. Would that be something you could help me with?

#2_ After a de-mandating would you need your automatic trans. recalibrated to optimize the changes?

#3_ Possibly the most important question of all. Does anyone know or know someone who can de-mandate/disable/turn off the F**KING CRASH MIDIGATION and ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL on a 2019 International LT625? If not how about the DAMN WARNING BEEPER? I could not begin express how sick I am of hearing it.
