Hello thanks for letting me join. I'm installing a 2016 6.7 out of a freightliner m2 106 into a pickup. I've read and studied what it takes to get into the ecm and very similar to tuning l.s. engines with open source software. I get the xcal and ecfg files. Same as a .bin and xdf file for tunerpro. My questions are.

1. How do I tell if I have the right ecfg file for my software?

2. Does anyone have a DT90284 xcal file.

3 from my research the DT 90284 is set to 260 hp what is a better hp software? Motor is 6.7 b101 Cpl is 4046 16.3:1 cr. Im assuming I can turn it up safely but still learning

My diesel knowledge is mostly big cam cummins, b model cats, and 671 detroits. But have been inside 60 series, e models, and common rail. Just not the ecm side yet but planning to change that after I get my studying done. And learn as much as possible.
