first of all, the DOC --AND-- the DPF, BOTH should have been removed and professionally cleaned with proper machinery at a certified stealers%it. This means baked, de-ashed, and flow tested on proper OEM approved machinery (and no fluids used for the cleaning process).

An SCR inspection done to ensure it was not sooty, cracked, or clogged.

A decomp tube inspection done to ensure there is not a 'Volcano' built up in it...

-- Ensure that the exhaust system is not clogged up anywhere, otherwise. Dead squirrel in the bottom of the stack,etc. .. a person never knows ... I have seen stranger things.

-- During all of this maintenance, you should also have done a thorough EGR tune-up where you replace the IMAP and other EGR sensors, remove and clean out the EGR Delta-P sensor block, replace the Delta-P sensor with a new one, and clean out the piping, etc. to go with it all. It is the ENGINE that creates dpf issues.. not the dpf itself.

A 'dpf replacement procedure' performed in Insite after everything is all nice and clean, etc. and re-installed, everything was put back together.

and instead of that completely useless 'injector performance test' which has never done anybody any good at all.. you should have done an injector leak-down test.. exactly like this article/video shows.. and ensure it passes it with flying colors. I.E.> Starting at 29,000 psi. it still being higher than 25,000 PSI after 60-seconds of key-off.

anything less, and you get less results. Don't give your engine an excuse to fail and/or act up,.. and it typically does not as a result.
