Paccar ESA gauge issue

I’m using ESA to try to add a few gauges to the virtual display. I enable them in ESA (virtual gauge) and then program. It completes, but the gauges are not showing up. I do have the sensors for said gauges, and the few other chassis related things I changed programmed fine. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
