EDIT: My eyes saw only the emission errors and not the couple other ones so this is probably not the case.

no sir, All original aside from parts I replaced. Previous owner purchased it from Penske and drove it until it was in de-rate and that's when my knucklehead self stepped in and purchased it for a pretty good price. very close to being functional compared to time of purchase thank god. I ran a couple loads with no problem, just that 0295 baro sensor code until my brilliant idea to re-flash it.

Hey thanks for the help. I pulled out he wire harness went through It found no faults retested some other ECM pins and found that the 5 V was bleeding through to signal lines on the map causing that barometric fault before I recalibrated. Once I recalibrated it exacerbated the issue with internal regulator or regulators spreading backvoltage or shorting causing the separate circuits to throw short to high on insite. Everything was clear and perfect except the baro and the map was misreading because the pressure baro reading is taken before starting engine on my little m2. Engine running was basically identical. But the fact that I didn’t drive it turn the engine on or anything, and after recalibration a couple times to be certain, having the fuel level, which is separated from the DEF circuit and then the starter motor relay circuit all throwing shorts to high, should’ve been my red flag, I’m switching over from another mechanical trade so hindsight is 2020 I suppose. Great lessons learned all over this dang truck. I’m just happy that the ECM repair business said that my damage is localized. I don’t know what caused this to happen based on the condition of the truck when I purchased it, it had to be the ridiculous previous owner. Crossing jumpers, he was jumping it every time he showed it. I’m just happy that this repair is coming to a conclusion. Thanks for any help and pointers. Will update once installed.
