Ambient air temperature sensor

So I have a great friend that has a 2007 International 9200I with an ISX and we can't find that sensor. Has anyone found it on these trucks. I found mine on my Prostar years ago and moved it.

it might be in the drivers mirror or perhaps under the front of the radiator.

His mirrors are those really thin old school aluminum and they don't come apart. Not finding anything under the front end at all. He has even looked at trucks that are the same that are in pieces with better access to the wiring and no luck.

For what it’s worth, my Peterbilt has one in the mirror for the dash readout. And another along the LR frame rail for the ecm. It looks like this.
