I have done everything that I can think of that Rawze taught me to do.
No codes, engine runs rough, dies under load, stalls at times when pressing throttle.
What I've done
Checked/replaced exhaust pressure sensor and s tube
New MAP sensor
New cam and crank position sensors
New fuel pump and actuator (it was time)
Clean filters
Leak down test pass
Cylinder cut out test was fine
New throttle pedal just for good measure
Demandated so no delta p? Right?
Fuel pressure passed test
New barometric pressure sensor

I'm at my wits end. I'm sure it's something stupid that I forgot about but just can't think of it.
Help? I'm really stumped.

That would be the first thing to look over since you mentioned deman...

Are the replaced sensors genuine parts?

What is the back pressure sensor reading? Intake manifold pressure? Oil temperature? Coolant temperature? Intake air temperature?

What engine and how many miles?

The only program help that I have on record from your e-mail addr is from several years ago.

Rough running and stumbling, cutting out can be a lot of things.

== Maybe the cans were not gutted properly and it has a lot of back-pressure in the exhaust?. - Has anyone tried to run it around the block with exhaust piping disconnected before the first can?, or behind trubo?.

== What is the engine ser#?

Maybe some more details, like when it started acting up, etc?.

== Has anyone taken it on a test drive and collected data on it with a proper screen file in CT?. - That is the next step, as CT will tell you whats causing it to act up, cut out, stall, etc..
