I have a 2019 LT with a 10 speed manual as well. Have had regular dino (Traveler's brand) 80/90 for the last 120k with no issues. Change at about 225-250k during that large maintenance session.

Also have a 2013 Cascadia with the same setup. I've had the Traveler's brand 80/90 in it for about 700k miles. (I actually noticed the splitter likes it better than the 50wt which was there when I purchased the truck years back).

If I were in extreme colds, I'd run synthetic. Here in the gulf south, we really don't see the extremes often enough to justify the extra dough for the syn.

You'll be fine switching over...
