2010 Freightliner 6.7 Cummins demandate – Need Help with Tuning Process - cp99 - 03-28-2025 Hi all, I have a 2010 6.7L Cummins with DPF and EGR still intact. It's started throwing emission codes, and since the truck is used strictly off-road, I’ve decided to demandate it. On the mechanical side, I’m confident I can handle the straight pipe install, EGR removal, and coolant line rerouting. It’s the tuning aspect I’m not sure how to approach. I’ve asked around for delete tuning, but after doing a lot of reading — especially here and on Rawze’s comments— I’m realizing that: Some tuners refuse to share the calibration for future repairs Others won’t explain how the process is done or whether it’s done correctly Because of that, I’ve decided to try handling the tuning part myself. Here’s what I have and what I know:
Can anyone point me in the right direction for the tuning/delete process? Also, where can I find the software and files necessary to do this properly? Appreciate any help — thanks in advance.
