I finished mine up today too. Pretty painless as far as that is concerned. Took me about 2 hours.
I noticed the original cooler had 2 holes near the top to mount it to the radiator support with bolts and bushings. My new cooler was like that on the passenger side, using 2 or 3 holes...the driver side needed the third hole drilled to mount properly. No big deal.
Put new bushings in while I was at it. Definitely runs better now. Now it's time to test the whole system.
