RE: ISM Cal File Needed - El_mavi - 12-21-2022 I’m pretty sure it’s an Ism because ecm is a CM570. But will make sure tomorrow morning. Cpl on dataplate seems for L10. Maybe PO swapped rocker housing? Are they compatible? Will try to find the esn on block as you said. Hopefully I have some new tomorrow. Appreciate the help. You will probably need a wire brush RE: ISM Cal File Needed - Aleeex - 12-30-2022 L20302 Cpl doesn’t match RE: ISM Cal File Needed - amermextrucker - 12-31-2022 ISM & M11 basically the same engine. My old freightliner year 2000 had one in it. 330HP ESP. Very reliable stout engine. Here is the data plate off quickserve, maybe it helps you in some way. [attachment=8733] RE: ISM Cal File Needed - Aleeex - 01-01-2023 You should be in this area somewhere It’s your cpl RE: ISM Cal File Needed - Gill Oruga - 01-01-2023 From what I could tell you have an M11 longblock with CM570 controls. Please understand that this calibration has three different variations for an auto trans and different power curves. I'm assuming you're linehaul with a manual transmission. Here is what I came up with: ECM# 3681405 Current calibration: L20302.37 330HP 1250TQ at 1,800RPM DO: 02103 SC: 20069 FR: 02584 CPL: 2607 Replacement calibration: L21133.16 330HP 1250TQ at 1,800RPM DO: 02103 SC: 20076 FR: 02657 CPL: 2607 You should be able to download that calibration off QSOL. If not, PM me and I'll send it to you.
