If your going to share documents publicly then they need to be from the authors website directly, or one of their authorized share-points and not someone's collection. Thanks. - Otherwise,files/links should be kept to PM requests.
It is however OK to suggest a google, etc. search for a file. That would put the responsibility onto them for listing it and not on my forum.
For example, if someone searches "M2 Multiplexing –EMTSP pdf" on gooogle then they will most likely find the document that was blocked in your post above.
