I'll have a go... I have a 2009 cm871 in a T800 I recently purchased, will be overhauling the engine due to worn out cams and age. Once that's finished Looking for a stronger calibration without smart torque feature. Engine #79370257 485ST AV10241 CPL 3749 Truck has 10 speed and 3.55 gear, Engine is still equipped with and using everything it came with.

Yours is listed in the first post of the thread here. AV10241 is simply the updated DPF version of program AV10048 (CPL2733).

These are interchangeable with each other ...
Code:
===========================
-- AV10044.xx (455-HP) (CPL 2733) - AV10237 for newer DPF Style.
-- AV10046.xx (485-HP) (CPL 2733) - AV10239 for newer DPF Style. 10% less torque than AV10047 in the 1050 - 1600 RPM range.
-- AV10047.xx (485-HP) (CPL 2733) - AV10240 for newer DPF Style.
-- AV10048.xx (485-HP) (CPL 2733) - AV10241 for newer DPF Style. (10% less torque than AV10047 in the 1050 - 1400 RPM range only)
-- AV10050.xx (500-HP) (CPL 2733) - AV10242 for newer DPF Style.
-- AV10051.xx (500-HP) (CPL 2733) - AV10243 for newer DPF Style. (higher torque than AV10050 in the 1100 - 1700 RPM band)
-- AV10165.xx (550-HP) (CPL 2733) - AV10248 for newer DPF Style. (smart torque disabled)(higher torque than AV10166 in the 1100 - 1700 RPM band)
-- AV10166.xx (550-HP) (CPL 2733) - AV10249 for newer DPF Style. (smart torque disabled)
===========================

The conversion chart for the updated CPL's and newer DPF's is listed here by the way: https://rawze.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=530&pid=4001#pid4001

I.E.> program AV10165 crosses over to program AV10248.

I am wondering if a safe increase can be achieved for ESN#79985487 ECM code:HD10037
cpl 4342.

that is the highest trq available for that CPL. A custom program would be the proper way to adjust it beyond that... Some HP tweak, maybe .. but I would not recommend turning up the torque any more than it is.
